Keyman Desktop 9 does not switch languages reliably in MS Access if "IME Mode" property set to "Disable"

Problem description

If you use Keyman Desktop 9 together with macros to automatically switch language in Microsoft Access as you move between fields, you may find that the language switching is unreliable if the "IME Mode" property of any field is set to "Disable".

Resolution

Change the value of the "IME Mode" property to "No Control".
