Errors in Windows ME

In Windows ME, users may experience frequent crashes related to IPHLPAPI.DLL when starting Keyman Desktop.
This is due to an issue in Microsoft Windows ME. The Windows patch found at the following site should resolve the error: Microsoft KB article 279866
