Function: AttachToControl
Attaches KeymanWeb events to a control. This is useful where controls are created after KeymanWeb has initialized, for instance in AJAX applications or other JavaScript applications.
Parameters:
elem: the HTML element that KeymanWeb should attach events to

nothing
