IKeymanControl::StartKeyman() Method

Introduction

The IKeymanControl::StartKeyman() method starts Keyman Engine (keyman.exe). It is better to call this method than to launch keyman.exe directly, as this method handles paths and parameter changes across versions of Keyman Engine.
